Our Commitment
H.E.H. Consulting wants everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to use this website. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and we treat accessibility as ongoing work rather than a one-time project.
What We Have Done
- Reviewed every public page with automated testing (axe-core) and by hand, including keyboard-only navigation.
- Added a "Skip to content" link, clear page landmarks and a logical heading order on every page.
- Made keyboard focus clearly visible and kept text contrast at or above the WCAG AA ratios.
- Gave every image a text alternative or marked it as decorative, and gave embedded content a title.
- Added English captions to the videos we host on this site.
- Made the contact form announce errors to screen readers and point to the field that needs attention.
- Respect your device's "reduce motion" setting.
Accessibility Options on This Site
Use the round accessibility button at the bottom-left of any page to:
- Increase text size to 115% or 130%.
- Switch to a high-contrast view.
- Underline all links.
- Pause animations.
Your choices are saved in your browser and applied on every page. Select "Reset" to return to the default view. These options are built into the site; we do not use a third-party accessibility overlay.
Known Limitations
- Some content comes from third parties, such as embedded Instagram posts and news articles we link to. We cannot fully control their accessibility.
- Captions on our hosted videos were produced from the audio and reviewed, but may contain minor errors in names or terms.
